Any information you choose to send to us after completing and submitting your initial assessment form on our website (www.mettahealth.uk) is collected and used in full compliance with the Data Protection Act. We will promptly remove your details from our database if requested by you to do so. (Please email us at enquiries@mettahealth.uk and let us know your name and email address along with your request to remove your details.)
You can visit our website without disclosing any personally identifiable information about yourself.NB. We do not use cookies or collect other non-personally identifiable information about your browsing activity.

We endeavour to collect and use your personal information only with your knowledge and consent when you use our services or make enquiries.

We do not seek nor will we knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen, unless this has been agreed by a parent or legal guardian.

What About Social Media, Blogs and Reviews?
Any social media posts or comments you send to us through our Metta Health social media pages, (eg. the Metta Health UK Facebook or Twitter page) will be shared under the terms of the relevant social media platform (e.g. Facebook/Twitter) on which they are written and could be made public.
We do not control these social media platforms and therefore we cannot be responsible for the use of any posts or comments you may make. We recommend that you should review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any and all of the social media platforms you use. That way, you will understand how they will use your information, what information relating to you they will place in the public domain, and how you can stop them from doing so if you are unhappy about it.
Any blog, review or other posts or comments you make about us, our products and services on any of our social media pages will be shared with all other members of that service and the public at large. What About HTML5 and Log Files?
We use local storage such as HTML5 to store content information and preferences. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.
